Gracious JCI Day!

Final dates for claiming of; awards, medals, honors list, graduation fee refund, graduation photos, certified true copy class card, diploma, & certificates for recognition & graduation are as follows;

PLEASE STRICTLY follow physical distancing & we will observe first come first serve scheduling. We will only allow a maximum of 25 persons only at the waiting area-activity grounds.

Upon arrival in JCI-HS Building:
1. safety-sanitation procedure.
2. get a claiming number from the assigned staff.
3. patiently wait at the activity grounds. (max of 25 persons only)
4. wait for your number to be called & approach the releasing team by the activity hall (stage area) or cashier’s office.

June 18:

Recognition elem grades 1-3  (MAIN & VM) – 8:00AM to 12:00NN
& kinder graduates (MAIN & VM) – 1:00PM to 3:00 PM Only

June 19:

recog elem 4-5 (MAIN & VM) – 8:00AM to 12:00NN
& grade 6 graduates (MAIN & VM) – 1:00PM to 3:00 PM Only

June 24:

grade 7 & 8  – 8:00AM to 12:00NN
& grade 10 graduates 1:00PM to 3:00 PM Only

June 25:

grade 9 & 11 – 8:00AM to 12:00NN
& grade 10 graduates – 1:00PM to 3:00 PM Only

June 26:

all grade 12 graduates
8:00AM to 3:00PM Only

June 29:

for all graduates & grade levels who did not make it on the given schedule.
8:00AM to 3:00PM Only

***All students with unpaid grad fee & unsettled past due; Claiming will be directed to Ms. Rose & Ms. Zarah (Accounting Office)
