Gracious Jarmmethian Day!

 

Based from the DepEd SJDMC Second Quarter Meeting with Principals/Administrators of Private Schools and SUCs/LUCs last May 20, 2020 / 2pm-5pm(PST)

DepEd Officials no longer encourage Graduation Rites because of safety reasons.

JCI understands the sentiments you may feel after receiving this announcement. BUT we are also after the COVID-19 prevention.

On virtual rites which some parents suggested, we cannot execute this too. Because of the internet reliability and capability of some students in their respective household. We do not want to require other parents during this pandemic crisis.

Therefore:

Students (already paid the grad fee) may refund the P1,500.00 from the P2,500.00 amount. (claiming schedule of refund to be announced soon, probably by 3rd week of June)

OR

Parents may deduct the P1,500.00 from the existing accounting balance of your child. 

(if you have any) or upon enrollment fees for the SY2020-2021. 

 

We cannot refund the FULL amount for reasons;

The remaining P1,000.00 will serve as payment for PRINTED GRADUATION PHOTOS, DIPLOMA HOLDER, MEDALS & CERTIFICATES

For paid students/parents, please don’t forget to bring the receipt with you for verification purposes when claiming the refund.

NO YEARBOOK included yet. You may purchase it separately once it’s out already before December 2020.

 

For students with unpaid grad fees:

You may settle the P1,000.00 amount upon enrollment for you to get the PRINTED GRADUATION PHOTOS, DIPLOMA, DIPLOMA HOLDER, MEDALS, & CERTIFICATES.

 

SCHEDULE OF CLAIMING:

Advisers will inform the specific date and time for claiming through the Group Chat or please visit the following social media accounts for the schedule:

Please observe the proper schedule. We don’t want to overcrowd JCI premises. You can’t walk-in & claim at your own chosen time. The claiming schedule that we will release to each parent, is your only schedule. Date adjustment will only be approved under medical or emergency reasons.

 

JCI Security Personnel by the entrance gate will have the daily official list of the scheduled parents for validation.

NO NEED to bring your child in JCI when claiming. Let them stay home to avoid exposure from outside.

We will only allow one(1) parent/guardian to claim and enter the campus. Your companion if ever, will have to stay at the assigned designated waiting area.

Please also follow all safety measures of JCI before entering the school, authorized staff will be at the entrance gate to assist all incoming visitors.

Strictly NO MASK, NO ENTRY.
